Our Story


Crimson & Clover evolved out of a love and obsession for stunning flowers, whimsical details, and a desire to create memorable experiences. The company began in 2003 as a small retail boutique in Downtown Baltimore. Over the years it has thrived under the loving direction of owner and founder, Amy McManus, and has moved to its current retail space, conveniently located in the heart of Roland Park. Crimson & Clover services the DC/MD/VA region and is available for travel. 

Amy is a member of the renowned Chapel Designers, an international collective of floral designers, which are a perpetual source of inspiration for Amy and her team. As a result Crimson & Clover’s work is on the cutting-edge and exudes a subtle sophistication that has made them one of Baltimore’s most coveted florists. Dedicated to delivering the freshest styles and highest-quality blooms, Amy’s greatest joy lies in providing her clients with more than simple beauty- Amy seeks to establish meaningful connections with her clients that last a lifetime.

Every client’s story is unique and Crimson & Clover strives to tell this story with ease and elegance. Utilizing lush foliage, fruiting branches, and sumptuous blossoms, Crimson & Clover gathers the finest flowers from farms around the globe. Local and seasonal blooms are resourcefully incorporated into the designs. Crimson & Clover carefully selects and transforms the best the market has to offer into stunning arrangements, customized for each occasion.



Our Commitment


Crimson & Clover accepts the responsibility we have as a local business. The majority of our fresh cut flowers and potted plants come from local organic growers and Veriflora-certified farms. We also offer a Vase Recycling Program. We graciously accept any vases, baskets, and other containers in exchange for a complimentary bouquet.

We take love seriously, we want everyone to know that we support inclusion. We stand by our guarantee of freshness and offer complimentary replacements as needed. If you find that your flowers do not hold up for at least 3 days after purchase, please let us know right away so that we may replace them.*

Our Team



Amy opened Crimson & Clover in 2003, after a brief, but informative dive into the floral industry just three years earlier. Her passion for flowers and how much they not only affect a space but people and their emotions so directly helped make Crimson & Clover a recognized name in the industry. Amy is an accomplished designer, passionately committed to her craft. She has studied with some of the biggest names in the industry while promoting and supporting continuing education amongst her staff.


ALYSE CRUMLEY, floral manager

Alyse oversees all of our daily operations at the shop and produces most of the gorgeous designs that leave our store. She certainly keeps us running as a well-oiled machine. Her artistic eye for design and laid-back sense of humor make her super fun to work with, we always love seeing what innovative designs she comes up with! She moved from a small town in Virginia to join our team in 2015, and hasn’t looked back.
